Wednesday, June 10, kicked off the second annual World Science Fair in New York City. The purpose of the festival is to cultivate and sustain a general public informed by the content of science, inspired by its wonder, convinced of its value, and prepared to engage with its implications for the future.
The event will feature discussions such as Nothing: The Subtle Science of Emptiness; What It Means to Be Human: The Enigma of Altruism; Time Since Einstein; Yours to Decide: Fate, Free Will, Neither or Both; and more.
